Agreement to Terms. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Star City Trailer Rentals LLC, doing business as Star City Trailer Rentals ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.SCTrailerRentals.com website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
Services Offered
The Site offers the rental of trailers. A refundable deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability; we do not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Deposits & Damage
A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer and will be returned when the trailer is returned with no missing equipment and no new damage. You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period. A booking fee applies and is shown in your total before you confirm.
Mobile Messaging Program
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through our messaging program. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 20 messages per month. Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology. We do not charge for mobile messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.
Opt-in. By providing your mobile phone number to us, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring mobile messages at that number. Your participation is not required to make any purchase and is completely voluntary. If you change or no longer own that number, please notify us at (540) 384-4153.
Opt-out and support. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us. For support, reply HELP to any message. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The messaging program and the Site are offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available at all times or on all mobile providers. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any message, or for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Modifications & Governing Law
We may modify these Terms at any time; any modification takes effect when posted to our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which the Site is located. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements regarding use of the Site.
